Service: October 20, 2026 Jimmy from DGD came to fix something left by the more-popular chain-competitor... The other company screwed up the springs on my garage door and Jimmy identified the loose screw which made the door "heavier". If this company stands by Jimmy's work ethic, I'd say they are honest and reliable. I know who to call next for service! The other company -they have a cheaper "29-point inspection for $30" but they'll try to force you into a $1,500 sale (but don't worry, they'll offer you a $500 discount) Be weary of any sales pitch from anyone.. So far DGD was not pushy, upfront and seemed to know what they're doing.. My garage door sounds perfect - thanks DGD!
