Took my daughter here to get a belly ring and the service at the South Blvd location in Charlotte was excellent. We waited maybe 5-10 minute and the piercing itself took about 5 minutes. It was fast, the piercer was a young woman who put my daughter at ease and did an excellent job. We also love the Matthews location. However COMMA, the Pineville Mall store gave us horrible service. We waited and waited and no one greeted us or told us how long it would be -- that's what prompted going to the South Blvd location.
