Staff was very easy to communicate with regarding getting a quote, scheduling, and payment. The whole process from start to finish was taken care of by staff and workers - I just said yes to a couple things and paid. Workers were open to feedback about what branches to cut, what we wanted to save for shade, etc. Highly recommended!
