Great customer service. Took the time needed to explain the whole system to me. They were able to schedule an appt the same day for me when my door wasn’t working properly. Trustworthy and I feel like I got a great deal. It’s all about feeling valued and not taken advantage of. Btw the door not working properly was my fault as an appliance delivery guy must have kicked the sensor. Tech did not charge to come out and fix it. Who does that anymore? …. Super happy with them
