Our driver, Manni, was excellent. I was notified that our premium SUV had arrived much earlier than expected. I was able to text with Manni to let him know we’d be ready on time. Manni was professional and so nice! He even texted in the morning to say a cell phone was left behind which he was able to deliver because he happened to be in the area. Now that is customer service!!
