The whole service call was handled very well and it took the technicians 15 minutes to make the adjustment needed. They didn’t even need to deploy their lifting apparatus. My only objection is that I do not think I should pay the same rate as a commercial account since I am not a business. This is not the first time that I have notified the business of this concern when I paid the bill. I was told that’s the rule.
