GoogleService was excellent. The staff is bilingual so that’s a plus. Definitely I am very satisfied, the doctor's assistant and the doctor treated me kindly, they speak English and Spanish!

FacebookWe see Greg M. for his dedication to treating the root causes and not just symptoms. He does not depend on pharmaceuticals to cover the problem but asks the right questions to actually understand what’s going on. Then he will develop a strategy for healing. His nurse Misty is outstanding. She actually calls back promptly if there’s a question. She is very dedicated and loves what she’s doing and it shows in her care and concern for the patients.

GoogleI’ve been a patent of Greg Mrozinski for 2 years or so. This is the longest I’ve stayed with a physician because I’ve been very pleased with Greg, especially. He is extraordinarily well prepared for seemingly any question, and he makes me feel as though I have a bit more agency as a patient in my own healthcare compared to other providers. Dr. Mrozinski is very knowledgeable, plus he and his staff always take excellent care of me. In fact, I was having a very hard time last time I was there, and Misty spotted this and was able to calm me down a bit, which I really appreciated in the moment. I have a MAO-A 2R / COMT imbalance, so my life is very hard every day almost all day. Greg is one of the first physicians who’ve actually helped me to the point where I get good results in my real life because of him.

I love that I don't feel rushed during appointments they can be quick if I don't have questions or Greg will take the time to thoroughly explain everything! If I just have questions outside of the office I can send an email and Misty responds or calls me to answer all my concerns! They are the best!
GoogleI received prompt service at my appointment time. The staff is cordial and competent. The nurses are concerned with your concerns and passing them along to your doctor. Dr. Rivera is awesome! He cares about your health and well being. I don't enjoy taking time out to go see the doctor, however when I go to St. Elizabeth I know they will take care of me. I'm not a number, I'm a person. Thank you St. Elizabeth!

I love the care from Dr. Greg and his nurse Misty is outstanding. she's the BEST nurse I've ever dealt with at ANY clinic I've ever been to in all of my yrs. of going to a Dr. on my own as a adult. The turnovers on the nursing staff was crazy but now that Misty has been there its awesome. Her and Dr. Greg seem to work really good together. I hope she's there as long as I'm a patient there. Dr Greg is a very intelligent Dr. I love him to death The office Mgr.is also excellent they call to check on me if I miss a appt. and sometimes just out of the blue to make sure I'm o.k.also. FacebookDr Greg is very helpful and a great physician. Misty was also very helpful. I was unable to get in due to a cough I developed (thank you COVID) but Misty was very accommodating and refilled the prescriptions I needed after talking to Greg. They set up a virginal visit for me to see the doc.
FacebookSt Elizabeth has very caring and committed people for the most part. Dr. Greg and Misty work well together and helping me with my trigger point injections that help me continue to function. The office manager, Natasha is on top of things and is trying to work out issues with the phone system that needs help. But she's Constantly looking for ways to improve things. The urgent care is also a great blessing to Health so close by and much faster than going to a regular emergency room.

GoogleI have been seeing Greg for many years and wouldn't have it any other way! He helps me with a host of issues and always takes the time to really listen to me. His nurse, Missy, is very attentive and always responsive to emails if I have concerns.

They answered all my questions and his assistant and Greg gave me an extension to leave a message in the future that will get to them the same day. As far as the phone system most patients use sucks. In my opinion St Elizabeth is loosing business because of people giving up on calling. Maybe the office manager ought to try calling on it ononoumoly.
