I work in the health care industry and know that just because a physician may be brilliant , doesn't necessarily make a patient or their family feel comfortable. The support staff is crucial. I have a very sick adult child who has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals 5 times in the past year or so. She doesn't have insurance, so we decided to privately pay ... in hope of getting her the help, she desperately needs. Did some research and found that Dr. Ghaya seemed to fit the bill. It was not a pleasant experience getting my daughter to leave the house ... much less ... to go see another doctor ... when everyone else had failed her. Long story short... what could have been a catastrophe...was not. From the ladies at the front desk, the billing folks and Dr. Ghaya's PA ... Fatima ... the experience was better than she or I expected. Although Dr. Ghaya holds the degree and experience... her team makes it come together. Obviously under her leadership. Just praying that what my daughter and I experienced last week ... shows results regarding her mental challenges. Thanks for getting us on the right track! From a loving mom. 💙

This team of Drs are excellent. Nice office and staff is kind and very professional. Quick to return phone calls. Only area that could improve is the appt time promptness. This is almost always caused by discourteous patients who do not respect their appt time by arriving late and causing the entire appt schedule to fall behind I think patients who are more than 5 minutes late should be penalized by losing their standing appt and should have to be worked in as time allows throughout the day. Thus the patients who are timely and respect the Drs time would not be put out by having to wait past their appt time due to the inconsiderate few.

I will say my time here is always pleasant and I enjoy the staff. They are all friendly from appointment booking to check out. The only downfall is not being seen on time. Overall I’m glad to be a patient here.

I fell in love with Dr. Ghayas and her staff upon meeting them. They take their time and really listen to you. You feel heard and acknowledged. My psychiatrist retired after 14 years with me. It took someone special to take their place I found them.

I always enjoy going. Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful...especially my precious Michelle! I’m listened to and if things need to be changed they are happy to do so. Everything is explained so well. So very happy I found these wonderful people! The only thing I would suggest is to spend a few minutes with Dr Ghayas should I have something that was bothering me and I needed some advice.

Dr. Ghayas' practice is solid. I am seen on time every time the environment is welcoming. She and her staff make me like a special patient every time and ask all the right questions and give helpful advice and guidance. Dr. Ghayas has gone out of her way to accommodate me when anything unexpected has come up. I really like the people here and how they conduct their business.

Explains what to expect with prescribed medication with follow ups on my improvement. It is wonderful to be able trust my physician. Very flexible with appointment schedules. Her office staff is very organized.
