I was interested in the lease to own program they have for their manufactured homes in Valley View Estates. RaeLynn helped me get approved quickly and was always responsive to all my questions. Would definitely recommend her to anyone that is interested in any modular or manufactured home. Their builders also do amazing work. Once my home arrived I was very pleased with all the finishes of it. From the inside, it is hard to tell it is even a mobile home!

It’s funny, because every time I drove past Factory Homes Outlet, I told myself I would never live in a trailer home 😆 My wife asked me to at least look into it as a temporary option until we get into our permanent home, and we started meeting with Roline Artist pretty regularly. She put a lot of my fears to rest. Roline helped me realize that manufactured homes have come a long ways from what they used to be. She has been been key in explaining and guiding us through the process, as well as helping us find exactly what suited us best, and I might add we never once felt pressured to spend more than what we were ready for. My overall experience with Factory Homes Outlet (FHO) has been pretty positive. A shout out to RaeLynn Eliason, who guided me through the process. My experience with modular homes was a bit limited. She made certain I understood everything. Finances, how to find property, the difference between HUD and IRC homes...and she followed up. I can be a little obsessive but she handled me with grace and was quite informative. Here are a couple of my observations for prospective IRC homebuyers: The more you help yourself choose suitable property, the better off you'll be. IRC (more like stick-built) homes take significantly longer, due to foundation prep and construction. They mention this in the contract but it doesn't really hit home until you experience it. The foundation contractor got a little behind and that sets everyone else behind too. Important! If you'll be utilizing propane, MAKE CERTAIN YOU KNOW HOW MANY CONVERSION ORIFICES YOU'LL NEED!!! I get the sense they don't get many propane customers. My Champion Homes Rep was CERTAIN I only needed one orifice for my water heater. Thank goodness my HVAC contractor knew and insisted. I ended up stepping in and went over the water heater manual with Champion Homes and they realized I did, in fact, need two orifices. They basically overnighted the specific orifice. Of course, this was my responsibility and cost for the labor. If you don't properly convert your gas appliances, you WILL shorten the lifespan of your appliances and possibly have a safety hazard. Propane is delievered at a much higher pressure than natural gas. RaeLynn also saved me money (on two levels) by mentioning I could install my own insulation in my crawl space. While time consuming, it also afforded me the opportunity to inspect the plumbing and HVAC...I found a blown HVAC duct from the house set and the finishing plumber had tilted my septic line out upwards and didn't extend it through the foundation. In addition, one of my hose bib lines started leaking within the crawl space. These things were addressed by FHO. The only other major flaw I could find was the register in the master bathroom didn't have airflow. It turned out the factory had somehow blocked the register by putting it too faragainst a joist and stuffing the flex duct into the remaining space. FHO sent out a contractor immediately. He moved the register as far as he could and shortened the flex duct by about three feet. Note: Champion Homes uses a ridiculous amount of flex ducting. This reduces efficiency and may cause issues from all the flailing about the ducts go through. While my rating may seem out of place for the issues I documented, it's not. Things happen. In a perfect world, we could sit back, relax and not worry about anything. Reality is we're ALL human. I'm pleased as punch with my new home/property!!!!

We had a friend doing a similar house through another company and he was always frustrated that we had so much more information than he did. I would go through Factory Homes Outlet again without a second thought. They and Roline are BEST!

I started looking into manufactured/modular homes to replace an old existing home. I contacted Factory Home Outlet (FHO) in March 2018 after seeing a home at a local manufactured home company. Roline Artist gave me a lot of great information about FHO, catalog of their homes, planning guide, process roadmap, etc. Even though my timeframe for purchasing was a year out, Roline was helpful and did not make me feel like I was wasting her time. Over the next 16 months I continued looking at various homes from other companies. During this time Roline kept in touch. In July 2019 I contacted Roline to help us with building our dream home. Throughout the process Roline has been very patient...answering all my questions, making suggestions, accommodating changes...there have been many. Our dream home is scheduled to be in place this summer. I have enjoyed working with Roline she is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and fun. I look forward to continuing to work with her as we complete this journey together. Thank you Roline for all your help.
