All around awesome place . I take my daughter to Dr. Patel for her foot and the wait time is not long if you come on time. He also follows up to make sure everything is ok. Front desk is super sweet. They call you to confirm your appointments which is always a plus for me. Great doctor and staff!!Highly recommended

The staff was warm and friendly from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I left. There was zero frustration on my part that could happen when a referral from a primary care physician to an outpatient clinic as the staff was so professional they did not let any minor detail fall through the crack. Dr. Patel explained the procedure from beginning to end. His professional and friendly manner plus his outstanding ability let me to refer him to a very close friend that is very squeamish about her feet. I will be using Bullitt County foot & Ankle for my other related needs in the future.

My wife had to have surgery , this was her first time with Dr .Patel . So far he is very professional . My wife has high anxiety and the team has been more than helpful . She has called him a few times and he answers everytime . Thank you Dr. Patel and team Hopefully my wife will walk better soon.

Dr. Patel and his staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone there is so incredibly nice and friendly. You are greeted with a smile and they make you feel very comfortable. I was so pleasantly surprised by the experience. I have to shamefully admit that the name of the office “Bullitt County” made me a bit fearful. In my experience, healthcare in rural areas is sometimes not always the most pleasant experience. I was incredibly wrong and am so happy I decide to give them a try anyway. You can honestly see how much everyone there loves their job and that they have a deep respect for Dr. Patel. It’s clear to see the reason they are so friendly is because they all enjoy working together and working for Dr. Patel. I think that says a lot about him and the practice he leads. Also I would like to add that I was scheduled to have a minor surgery on my toe. The morning of the surgery, I had an unforeseeable circumstance that affected my ability to make my scheduled time. I asked if there was anyway they could move up my appointment by an hour, honestly expecting the answer to be no and to be charged a penalty for the late cancellation. The receptionist asked the doctor if that would be a problem. He was so understanding and was happy to allow me to come early, even though that meant adjusting his schedule. He was so friendly and kind and said he thought it would have been really unfair to not be accommodating. I was shocked. Rarely do you hear a doctor say something like that and know that they consider your time and responsibilities equally as important as theirs. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his amazing staff! You won’t regret it!

They are very welcoming! I went in for ingrown toenail surgery. I felt at ease the moment I stepped into the office. I’m high anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable! Everybody is really nice and accommodating. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very at ease. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I will be recommending them to everybody I know!

I am the caregiver of a mentally ill adult. He had surgery on his toe. We were referred to Bullitt County Foot an Ankle Center, P.S.C. From our telephone visit to our final good-bye the kindness, professionalism and care provided to my client was far above expectations. I had to change an appointment and it was so smooth and immediate, it made me think twice on what I had asked to happen. So grateful for Dr Patel and his wonderful staff. I had foot and ankle problems for so long and was referred to Dr Patel. I had to have surgery and Dr Patel thoroughly explained what exactly this would entail, how long for recovery and what to expect and he was on point with everything. He knows his stuff. My surgery went smoothly and everything went as planned. Dr Patel and his staff always made me feel at ease at all my follow up appointments and answered all my questions. His staff went out of their way to help me any way they could. Very friendly and sweet. I am amazed at my recovery time and how well everything has went. I've received the best service for my feet. The front desk always greets you like a friend with big smiles under there mask. Very happy with Bullitt County foot & ankle. They took care of my ingrown toenails, 1 on each foot. So glad I got them taken care of too, it was miserable. They were great to work with, took my insurance, and I was in and out in about an hour for each toe with the permanent fix done. I highly recommend them.

Great facility and the services/treatments are quick; they definitely do not waste your time. They’re very professional and in synch, they run like a well oiled machine, as though they’ve worked together for years. As a personal preference, I’d just like a little more interaction and detailed explanations. Otherwise fantastic!
