My husband had passed away unexpectedly in November 2024 and I had the daunting task of coming to Arizona and preparing our winter home to be sold. After long consideration of selling through a realtor and dealing with the back-and-forth and inspections and how much time it would take I decided to sell outright. I chose Doug Hopkins as I had heard so much good about him and his team and thought I would give them a try. . Doug came and gave me a fair offer on my home and the greatest thing is I didn’t have to try and remove a lot of furniture that I really didn’t have the time to do so I could leave what I want and take what I want and that worked out perfectly for me. Not everyone would be in my situation, but for me, this was the greatest ever. Doug came, made me an offer, I accepted and we closed in less than two weeks. I now can leave Arizona and go back home with a clear mind that the house is taken care of and sold, and I do not have to worry about this any longer. Doug and his team were awesome to work with and were with me every step of the way. Awesome people to work with for an easy one stop shop. Josh and team made selling with Doug Hopkins SO easy. He literally walked through the house for 5 minutes and gave us a number. 2 more minutes of 'negotiation' and he sent over papers and opened escrow. We spoke to a real estate agent and they said we'd 'be lucky' to net what Doyg Hopkins offered so we were really pleased the offer was very fair. Week before close a notary came to the house and we signed documents. Day of close cash was deposited in our account, AND we were allowed to stay 2 weeks after as we finished packing. If I had ro do it all again, I wouldn't waste a second!

I personally have some knowledge having purchased homes before through real state agents, but in saying that Doug Hopkins and kyle Anderson made this a breeze. I was told they wouldn't buy my home instead list it and we received tens of thousands of dollars more by taking their advice! Previously, I was contracted with two other investment companies, and they both failed to uphold their end of the contract. With just over week before my foreclosure date, I called Chris in desperation and he reassured me that his team would help me in any way they could. I signed a contract with the Doug Hopkins team that night and three days later I was signing closing paperwork. I really appreciate Chris and the Doug Hopkins team for doing what others promised, but didn't deliver.
