I just signed up very recently. For me it was the convenience close to my home. I also signed up with the trainer sessions which will help me with proper form of my movements. First session with my trainer Jacob, and I definitely felt my work out the day after. Looking forward to what the rest of the lessons and membership will bring with my goals.

I am enjoying the yoga classes but wish there were more options for classes. I would like to see a yoga class on friday as of right now there is no option for that. Instructors have been great and I am enjoying the classes.

I had good experience with getting a family membership at this location. Stuff is very nice and welcoming, we had trouble with keyfob but they fixed it very fast

Bright, clean judgement free atmosphere. Lots of long time clients who are super fit and inspiring. If you're a newbie they give great coaching to take it easy if you need to. Shapes has been a staple in Winnipeg for decades. Very well run business and tonnes of value at a great price!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality Love the staff there, always friendly. Also like that its not usually overly packed so lots of room for variety or machines of wanting to use. As well as tanning is a bonus. All around very happy with my choice of gym for my fitness journey!
