Have been a member with shapes for a couple years now... Love the new Renovations... they are always bringing new stuff in for their members as they are their priority... Great environment to get my workouts done... Friendly staff... Great pricing and a lot more... I would strongly recommend SHAPES FITNESS CENTRES for anyone who is shopping around for gyms!!

She was really social and I am not the social kind of person but she was conversing with me and it’s like she knew I was really shy so she did not make it awkward hahahahaha😅 also she explained everything to me really well! Love this gym❤️

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality I just recently restarted at this gym and I'm having a great experience! The membership cost is very reasonable and the staff knowledgeable. I like that I can join classes as well on top of just doing machine work. I haven't joined one yet, but I've seen a few in session and would like to join one eventually. Equipment is very well taken care of, and cleaned appropriately. The atmosphere is very relaxed as well. I would definitely recommend trying this gym out if you are looking for one!

Equipment very good condition, place and equipment always sanitized and kept clean. Always have spray bottles and towels for individual to take for sanitizing. Been with Shapes for 7 years now (on and off, but mostly ON for over a year now). Never felt judged. My "class" mates are awesome!

Professional gym with nice staff and a great ambiance. Would definitely recommend going here. One thing that might be of an issue is that this place is a bit too pricey, apart from that pretty great experience.
