I’ve had such a great experience at this gym! A special thank you to Prabhjot Kaur at reception—she is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. She greets everyone with a smile and is always happy to help, which makes the gym feel so inviting. A huge shout-out to my trainer, Pushpinder Singh. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. He takes the time to explain exercises, corrects my form, and always encourages me to push myself safely. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve become more confident and consistent with my fitness journey. Highly recommend this gym because of amazing staff like Prabhjot and Pushpinder. Thank you both for making every visit a positive experience!

very clean and organized. sauna is very nice clean. Not so busy in the morning so you get to use all the equipment. i got a very good membership plan from the front line manager.

Fantastic gym. When I signed up, Ms PRAB helped with everything, she was fantastic to work with. She explained everything clearly and helped me get set up! I would recommend seeing Ms PRAB at the front desk if you need help or to sign up! Made this decision very easy!

The most integral part of the experience was the superb customer service by Prabhjot. The facility meets all my needs, a little more space for work on mats would be great, or for walking lunges (when there’s a class on) may be ideal.. but otherwise a nice, well organized facility.

This gym has a has good variety of exercise options and equipment for all levels. There are more than adequate free weights, machines and cardio equipment, and a fair bit of space for everyone. There is also good space available to do stretching in the exercise class room (when there is no class being held). The person who helped me, Mandy, was courteous and friendly.
