I had a flat on the Northway 11 o’clock at night and my sons were not able to take the lug nuts off because they were stripped, vehicle had to be towed. When I called for a tow, the young man that answered was absolutely fantastic. He was very polite very understanding and very nice! He arrived within 10 minutes and was so courteous, I was very happy to see him. I thought the tow price was fair and we were out of there within minutes. I highly recommend this company for a late night tow! And, he answered the call quickly when I first reached out to him.
