Everyone in the office— front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Nor— was fantastic. They were all completely professional and warmly friendly. The whole place was sparkling clean and bright. I was in and out fast for my filling. The actual drilling and filling was super quick and very skillful. Dr. Nor was so good with the injection of the numbing agent that I was perfectly numb and couldn’t feel a thing while at the same time it was very localized (not my lips, not the whole side of my tongue, not my cheek) and mostly wore off by the time I got home for the appointment. They accept MA, and are taking new patients (May 2021), which is difficult to find in the Twin Cities. And oftentimes when you finally find a place you can schedule an appointment, you arrive at an office that looks a bit grim— worn out carpet, rickety furniture with torn upholstery, overworked (and likely underpaid) staff that seem too harried to prioritize “customer service,” and indifferent clinical staff providing mediocre patient care. And I totally get that being willing to serve patients experiencing poverty, which is wonderful and sadly too rare, causes necessary sacrifices in maintaining the physical space and the number of staff they can afford to hire. Furthermore, the staff they can hire work for salaries are at the very low end of the market compensation range for their roles. This is the result of a fundamentally broken healthcare system and not the fault of any individual providers of dentistry. I mention this only to highlight how great Clear Lakes Dental is, how delighted I am to have found them, and how I cannot possibly recommend them highly enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They deserve way more than 5 stars!

I had a wonderful experience at Clear Lake Dental! The front office staff was helpful and the cleaning was easy and painless. The dental hygienist also offered great education and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.

Brittney was so amazing! I really appreciated the attention she gave me, I also appreciated Nancy they both were very professional and thorough. I think it was Dr. Lopez I saw today I appreciate her attitude as well. Over all great visit ,staff very friendly.

The staff are amazing! Super patient with my kids and very aware to their needs and wishes. They worked very hard to make sure my kids were as comfortable as possible, answered all of their questions and were extremely patient with them and their fears. Highly recommend! The only drawback is this location cannot handle all dental procedures.

Very good people and experience so far. The area is really small, but very great dental hygienist who was very knowledgeable and caring. I’ve had some dental hygienist tell me I must not floss enough because I get tarter build-up along my teeth often. No matter how much or how less I floss I still get tarter build-up. First place to tell me it’s common for some people and that’s why routine cleanings needed.

Went in for a hurting tooth. Found the problem instantly and extracted it for me. The process was so quick and pain free. They were up front while being super nice and very informative, I would recommend to this place anyone else any day.
