I called late on a Friday afternoon to order filters for my K5 unit thinking I wouldn't receive them until early the following week. I can't recall the person's name I spoke to but she was absolutely wonderful! She managed to send the filters next day. The effort was very much appreciated!

Bought a Kinetico whole home water softening system through Costco. It has been easy to use, low maintenance, and quite efficient (based on the low salt usage). I don't have any prior water softener experience to compare to, but this unit produced a noticeable improvement in our water quality, and aside from pre-filter replacement, and topping up the salt, hasn't needed any other human intervention. I know Kinetico is a bit of a premium product compared to other water softeners, but because of the points above, I'd say it's worth it.

Our Kinetico has been a great water softener. The only thing that would make it better would be readily available parts for consumers.

We had the full Kinetico water system installed in our home in 2010 from Trail Appliances south Calgary. It includes the water softener, chlorine system (that removes the city chlorine delivery), along with the drinking water filtration system, which is excellent for consumption and cooking! I myself, have changed out the main water filter (from city in) which ensures that hard minerals are captured before they enter our water supply, along with three filters for our drinking, cooking requirements, ( odour, charcoal, chlorine) which indicate when replacement is required. This is not a tedious process, which only takes minutes and does not require specialized tools. Our Kinetico water system has served us well, and continues to, 15 years on! We all enjoy the reduced deposits and cleaning time for the toilets, sinks, tub etc. Our kids, grandkids and us, especially enjoy the non metallic taste of our filtered water. Actually the plants like it too! I would highly recommend the Kinetico Water System for health and beauty benefits for all! Stop lugging those big jugs of water around! I’ve had the kube for 5 years and we love it. Unlimited filtered water right from our tap. My parents liked it so much when they were living with us until they got there house that they bought one to. I highly recommend it to everyone.
