Sunway has given my choir great service. Randy Strider did a great job taking my choir to Disney. He was professional at all times.

Lester Epperson was our driver for our school field trip to Charleston. He was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable! Les did a great job communicating and was able to share about different sites and things to do in the area. With him as our driver, we were able to do more with Les!

I am very pleased with the service I received from my recent trip with Sunway and most especially with driver Marquitta. From making arrangements with account rep Brian to traveling in a new clean motorcoach with Marquitta at the wheel, every aspect was made easy and pleasant. We have been traveling with Sunway for over 12 years. We have had Marquitta for many of those years and ask for her back each year. She is a very skilled driver. Quiet and confident. She knows just how to handle the 56 passenger coach so smoothly. Also she interact well with the passengers. I always hear many compliments about her from my guests. I’m ready to book my next trip with Sunway. Let’s go!

Comfortable, prompt, efficient

I had a great experience with Sunway and Brian, our rep, was outstanding. He answered all my questions and responded very quickly. Ive honestly never worked with another vendor who was so responsive. The group had a wonderful experience on the bus and with the bus driver. The trip was very smooth. Another positive is Sunway has multiple options of coaches - not just the large 56 seat ones. I highly recommend Sunway and will definitely use them again.

Driver Erika Munoz was very personable, caring and just wanted to make sure we were comfortable and good with the ride from Greensboro to Charlotte.

one of my teams, 22 pax, was stranded at CLT with final leg of flight cancelled on an early Sunday morning. I called emergency dispatch to see if we could bus them home.. David answered right away and was able to help.. .however, he couldnt find a driver, so made the immediate decision that he, himself would drive the team back home. (8 hrs one way in inclement weather!) He was at the CLT airport within the hour and the team was on their way home. Amazing service. I feel so blessed to have met David and the Sunway team.

They drove my high school football team 4 hours through the mountains for a playoff game and gave the athletes a great traveling experience. The driver was very good and drove great through the mountains and even through rain on the way home down the mountain! Will definitely use them again and recommend them!

Sunway has been super for our two-day tour program in Charlotte, NC. I’ve been working with s driver — Margitte Speller — who could not be nicer and a GREAT driver negotiating tricky spots we visited in neighborhoods that may never have seen a bus before with a specialized group tour of architects and designers visiting private homes. Thank you to Brian Harrell in Charter Sales too!

We rented the Trolley for a few hours and everything went well! The driver was timely and friendly. It was part of our wedding day and nice that it all worked out with no issues, giving us less to worry about on the big day. We certainly recommend booking with Sunway if you need transportation for an event!
