The last time I visited my ENT I was a little disappointed. I did not care for the gentleman at the front desk. He did not seem to be happy at being there or waiting on me. Also it felt like my doctor was in a hurry to see her next patient, like she was over booked that day. This time I was much happier. I was greeted by a very polite, friendly woman at the front desk. Also the doctor was not in a rush. She took the time to explain what was going on and listen to and answer my questions. She cared. I did not feel anyone was unhappy, unfriendly or rushed.
