I had a wonderful experience with 4T Door Systems. The technician that came out to evaluate what I needed was very personable and knowledgeable. I also really appreciated that he didn't try to pressure me into any specific decision or to purchase anything but answered my questions honestly. It was nice not to feel pressured or judged no matter what option I decided was right for me. The ladies in the office and the installation technician were also great. Always very kind and answered any questions I had. The gentleman doing the install even waited for me and didn't just go on to his next job, when I missed the phone call letting me know he would arrive soon. I think he waited close to 30 minutes!!! I work in a service industry as well and I know that is a big deal! I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family and do business with them again!

We caught the emergency release cord on our luggage rack. We called 4T Door. They came out on the day that worked best for us. The service man also did a little maintenance on the door. It goes up and down a lot quieter now. He also explained how to program a new remote. Great company?!

From start to finish the sales, communication and installation of our new garage door was seamless and a please to deal with. Scott arrived the next day after our call for a quote, we had two other companies quote and 4T was in line with the other quotes. I visited their showroom to view the different door styles and colors, that helped seal the deal to be able to see the samples in person. The door arrived in the approximate time frame quoted and was installed three days later. The installer was personable, did amazing work removing the old door and installing the new door. Worked nonstop, and the craftsmanship was first rate. The new door adds great Curb Appeal and insulation value. We would recommend 4T to others. Thank you 4T!

First of all the process from when I called in to the delivery/installation was flawless and pleasing. Reason for 4 stars is due to the garage door operator for my 12x10 door. It’s very slow and whisper quiet. After I sent a message to the salesman, letting him know, it took a really long time to open the garage door up He explained to me that that’s the trade-off for having a whisper, quiet motor and I have a big door. But in hindsight, I would’ve rather had a louder opener that opened my door quicker because when it’s raining, it’s gonna be an issue, plus It does not accept myQ WiFi opener. I wish during the sales process it would’ve been explained to me that there it It’s not compatible with my queue five dollars more I can buy a Wi-Fi stick from them. Not having the myQ capability wouldn’t have changed my decision, but I would’ve definitely opted for a faster, more powerful opener whereas I’m stuck with the slow one now. *** I was called back by 4t after the initial review was left, I missed the call and called back shortly only to leave a message. That was Tuesday. It’s Friday at 5:27pm and no call back *** **********UPDATE AS OF JUNE 18th******** Barry reached out to me yesterday and after a very pleasant conversation he insisted total satisfaction for me and he delivered. Less than 24hrs later Joe from 4T called, gave me a 1/2hr heads up and within an hour he’d replaced the operator, explained everything in FULL detail, told me how much 4T appreciates my business and was on his way. WOW! 4T Door stepped up here, made EVERYTHING right and I’m COMPLETELY satisfied! Thanks Barry and you’ve made a customer for life!

Was having some intermittent issues with garage door not opening or closing. Technician came out (during the scheduled time) and fixed everything. Greased and lubed all the rollers and hinges, replaced the bottom door seal, adjusted the pull arm so the door would open further, and even saw that the door was slightly unlevel so he fixed that. Very reasonable price. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. Highly recommend 4-T Door for any of your needs.
