This company’s customer service is amazing. Not to mention the packaging. I was looking for someone to rebuild my cluster and couldn’t find anybody until I found them. I spoke with Rob and he was super helpful and friendly. My 93 Lexus sc400 had a kmh cluster and they rebuilt a mph cluster and input my correct mileage into the cluster. Amazing company, will buy from them again.

It was well worth not installing an aftermarket head unit. I sent it in along with the HVAC controls, and both were repaired perfectly. Now I can control everything, and it looks stock, without a tech messing with all the wiring.

Found you on u-tube. The service and communication with your sales staff was good. The turnround was good. You guys saved me over a thousand dollars over the dealership pricing, if you include labor. A couple of things I noticed, the instrument cluster appears to be doing a couple to functions that it was not doing before, but that's ok as long as the LED is functioning properly. Considering it's a twenty year old truck I am fine with it. All in all I consider this a good first experience Thanks

Amazing service. I’d recommend the expedited service if you need your car on the road sooner rather than later. They were able to quickly fix my 1998 240sx gauge cluster which isn’t a cluster they normally work with. We needed a donor cluster in order for the fix to work but super happy they were able to make it work again!!!

It's been my pleasure to meet such a nice person. Some times people don't understand what a blessing is. I'm in Kansas and it's been along road to finding the part we needed for the car. God blessed us by putting Tanin Auto in are life I can't thank them enough for what they did. Patience is mandatory when dealing with hard to find parts for your car. Loyalty goes along way you don't find many people like that. So if you don't have Patience maybe Tanin Auto is not for you!!! Car no start no signal to fuel pump no ignition after mach hair pulling found on google my 1992 ecu /ecm have capacitors that leak and go bad. Heard of tanin auto electronix. 250$ to rebuild my ecu. I sent it. Got it back in couple weeks. Put on car ... said a prayer... started right up just like it always did. Thank you very much tanin auto crew. Great job.

Ordered an instrument cluster for a customers Ford pickup. The purchase price was reasonable. However, there was a delay in shipping of the item (which was due to a back-order that I was not made aware of) so I had to reach out to the company to get the status and pay extra for upgraded shipping in order to get the part quicker. Once I paid the additional $100+ for 2 day shipping, the part was shipped the same day. However, the part still took 10 days to get to me from the initial purchase date, which left my customer waiting additional days for his truck. Then we had to disable the TPMS system in the cluster because the customers truck was not equipped with the TPMS system. We ended up losing money on this repair, due to all of the additional costs incurred. Unfortunately, due to everything stated above, I cannot give Tanin a 5 star review.
