They do a good job of clearly communicating and communicating in a timely manner.

Staff is responsive, and have taken care of all of our renter needs with little input required from us. Military friendly, and have consistantly offered multiple solutions to repairs, renter issues, and renter changeouts. We highly recommend them.

GoogleAs a landlord of multiple properties, it is so refreshing when you find an honest, thorough, reliable property property manager, who manages your property/investment like it is their own and always looks out for your own best interest. Brickley does all those things and more. My only regret is that I did not find Brickley Property solutions earlier in my investment property journey, and had to work with unreliable, unresponsive and ineffective property managers previously. The team at Brickley Property Solutions are great communicators and they responds to your emails and calls in a very timely and efficient manner. They are very organized and thorough in all aspects of the property management process (home inspections, rental income payments, repairs/maintenance, marketing, etc.). If you live in Colorado Springs and you have a rental property, my vote and recommendation goes to Brickley.
GoogleWe worked with Brickleys for three years and had exceptional experiences especially with Eric. They were always professional, kind, and took care of items quickly. We would happily work with them again. The only item I would encourage them to address is the lack of ability to reach them by phone. While I understand that email is their preferred correspondence and understand that it covers everyone's behind, there are times a tenant should be able to have an exception made, but again as a whole wonderful.
