"Cut The Fluff!" That is generally my attitude when I embark upon a new venture, in this case swimming pool, and I have to sift through unnecessary equipment sales, being preyed upon due to my inexperience, etc. However this was NOT the case from Aquavision. They are great! I am a new (large) pool owner and the installers left me less than informed as to maintenance and startup. I followed the oodles of instructions to the tee and was still left with cloudy water/yellow tint and slimy walls. I was livid! I had no choice but to ask the 'pros' and be vulnerable to the having bought 'hundreds of dollars of unnecessary/non-working supplies"! I went to Aquavision and let me tell you they are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My personal sales person was Brandon, and a sweet, relatively new young lady at the register. They tested my water first, explained the readings and made product offers. Sounds run-of-the-mill? How about when I started describing my issue, Brandon could finish the description and tell me the cause. He also knew which numbers on my reading were critical vs. optional. Most persons have sold me everything when they have this vantage point. The integrity this young man showed so far, represents the honest and helpful attitude that Aquavision seems to represent. Only $65 dollars later I was given sound products and valuable advice that could only come from someone who sees the ins and outs of the mistakes others make.... .....how valuable is that?!? Brandon helped me get all the supplies to my car and ANOTHER detailed set of assuring verbal instructions followed. So far all good, but would this work.... was he acting on a hunch....? After 24 hours of following his instruction...CRYSTAL CLEAR, SOFT(with proper hardness! Lol!) WATER!!! To top that off, as mentioned earlier a slime coat had started before I visited them. Guess what happened to that....GONE. My chemicals are right, pool balanced and BEAUTIFUL. I purposefully waited 48 hours to send this to be sure the solution held. I am more than impressed with Brandon, Aquavision, their quaility of products and their prices. They are MY POOL PEOPLE. Thank you all. I got advice on my ionizer, brushing/sweeping, using a Dolphin, variable speed filter motor... and tons of laughs as this young man had personality. I know this is lengthy, but Good things need reporting just as much as bad. We are in a pandemic, we are not traveling but vacationing at home starting Thursday. Imagine my previously worried wife and son's face when we woke up to a pool that resembled the most finest resorts!!!!! Thank you Aquavision... THANK YOU BRANDON!!!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST, RG

I drive from Gibsonville to AquaVision Pool & Spa. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When we need supplies or help with a water problem they are very helpful.

I have always had a great experience with each person that I have worked with. Very knowledgeable staff and they go above and beyond every time. I have been servicing my pool with them for over 10 years now! Hope to for at least another 10 years
