Mike and Mark did a great job in my basement reinforcing the walls with carbon fiber strapping. They were efficient, clean and professional. Brandon was my initial contact person and he answered many questions and had an easier resolution to my problem. He even found a problem that was missed by another company. Excellent customer service.

I called Highlander because I had a large crack in my basement wall and water was coming in. After looking the situation over, they realized the crack was caused because of poor drainage of the concrete driveway on that side of the house. Not only did Highlander fix the crack, but they installed a drain in the driveway next to the house that tied into the storm drain at the road. No more water in the basement. I was and still am thrilled at the professional job they did. Thank You Highlander Waterproofing!

The workers were on time and were very respectful. The snow storm impeded one day of work, but it was still done in a prompt and efficient manner. Time was taken to explain and show me all the work completed.

No one is excited to drop money on basement waterproofing. It's a need not a want. With that said....Highlander made what could be a really painful experience into an easy and convienient. The crew was CLEAN so CLEAN and courtious of my space. I couln't recomend Highlander more

They were able to match the price to competitors, showed up the next morning, the work was completed within 4 days (had some hiccups due to the unexpected structural barriers). They left the area cleaned and well organized. So far no issues. Very satisfied

I am extremely happy with the work Wesley and his crew did on our basement . They were clean , efficient and polite . They all took the time to explain everything from coming to give us an estimate and work that had to be done to the paperwork that needed to be done and then completing the work . Highlander did a great job in my mother in law’s basement. Dry as a bone. Really shocking because it pretty much had a stream running through it. These guys work their tails off lugging broken up concrete up the stairs with a basement ceiling too low to stand up all the way. Also fixed a support in a crawl space. Would highly recommend.

Gentlemen that performed the water sealing were very profession. They put plastic sheeting up to help prevent dust from getting all over.. They cleaned up after. The gentlemen that was in charge introduce himself and told me what the crew was doing. All of the crew were polite. I am very pleased with Highlander as whole from sales to completed work. They also had to demolish a bar I had in basement which was done with very much satisfaction. Recommended HIGHLY.

Overall a great experience! Did the whole job within a short time period. Cleaned up afterwards & our basement is dry and smells great for the first time since we bought the house! Brandon was especially helpful & did a timely estimate and described everything in detailed so we knew exactly what to expect. Great job!

The actual project/installation took no time at all. The workers were very professional and considerate of the space (they set up a walkway to the basement so as not to trudge mud in the house). And the initial inspection team was great. The on-call team was very friendly, but not responsive. It took several days to get a confirmation call or schedule the appointment.

First, Scott visited our home to give us an estimate. He was thorough, honest and upfront about what was needed for our particular job. He managed our expectations and was clear about the process. He followed up with us throughout the job and exceeded our expectations. Anthony & Mike were extremely helpful with contract questions, scheduling and even following up the day after the work was completed. The real shining light of the project was Tony and his crew, Jason and Clay. After years of fighting with a wet basement we were eager to get started. Tony took the time to explain exactly what they would be doing and why it would work for us. They got to work immediately and realized the scope of the project was bigger than expected, something that couldn't have been known prior to breaking ground. Tony was able to quickly pivot as he was prepared for anything! He walked us through the new plan and made sure we were comfortable. Tony, Jason and Clay were in our home for four days. They arrived on time each day, got right to work and were 100% respectful of our property and home. They went above and beyond each step of the way. My husband and I were beyond impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and kindness. This undertaking had the possibility to be stressful but everyone we worked with at Highlander made it easy! The company is very friendly and responsive. The quote was very reasonable. Mike, the scheduler, is very responsive and keep in touch all the time. Dylan and his crew arrive on time and completed the french drain and the hydraulic relief pump within two days and job well done! Highly recommended.

They were on time, worked the entire time they were here & completed the job earlier than planned. They cleaned everything up& took all the trash w them. The entire crew was friendly, pleasant, didn't hear any foul language, polite, & enjoyable to talk with. I would have trusted them in our house if we had to leave. Our basement is DRY, DRY & DRY. We've never had a dry basement, EVER! We can even store items in the basement now!!! It's amazing! TY Highlander!

Mike and Dean are waterproofing angels! I had some work done almost 2 years ago in my basement. One wall was still leaking a ton of water and it seemed that there wasn't anyone that could figure out the issue. Mike took over and asked me to send some photos and videos. He kept in contact with me and sent Dean over to assess. Dean had the issue solved in no time! By the next day my basement wall was dry. I am super appreciative for the constant contact from Mike and the follow up to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you!

The crew was friendly and extremely neat! They jackhammered my basement to install interior French drains and a sump pump and cleaned up after they were finished. They even wiped the mud off my hose and wiped up the floor. They worked like a well oiled machine and were finished sooner than we expected. Would definitely recommend them!

Scott and his were responsive and accommodating. They worked over the course of approximately 3 months. Some of the major work included the following; removing 2 walls, raising and installing new foundation, building (2 sides) new cinder block walls - all during winter months. They still have to come back to tidy up things out side once the weather breaks. However, overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with the work done.
