We had our interior concrete floors refinished and polished. This was our third try. We had used two other vendors in the pass and they both failed us. However, on this our third time we have finally received the amazing finish we have wanted. Armor Coating utilized state of the art equipment and with an expert experienced team delivered the beautiful finish floors we requested. The results exceeded our requirements. Two weeks ago I had Armor Coatings, Inc. re-surface my patio. Before it was an absolute mess, I'm totally happy with the end result, my patio looks brand new. It was a 2 day process, the guys were courteous, showed up on time and completed the following day. This was an easy process and I highly recommend them.

I sourced Armor Coating via an internet search looking for concrete refinishing in my area. There are many contractors that work with concrete, so I had to look at a number of them before zeroing in on a few. I met with Jim the owner/President of Armor at my home. Our job was to stain or refinish the 1980's custom designed concrete around our house and pool (3500 sq. ft.) and seal it. My discussion with Jim led me to believe Armor was focused and very good at staining/seal work and cement repair. We also needed cement coping repaired around the pool and several other areas. Other contractors offered coatings that could completely change the hardscape look if we wanted. Long term Armor encouraged a reseal as needed to maintain the color finish while others stated they needed to slightly refinish areas of wear due to sun and foot traffic. The latter option future cost was more money than I wanted to pay beyond the initial work so it was a red flag for me. Rather than commit to the entire job, I asked if I could pay for a sample stain on the concrete. Armor agreed. They sent Roy out who was a pleasure to deal with. He answered my questions as he provided stain options in a remote part of our hardscape. We locked in a color we liked. We waited a few months to see how it would weather with no seal on it. It stood up fine. I approached Jim to do the cement repair work next and he agreed. After the cement work completed successfully we committed to the entire stain/seal work. We went with a local, family business that had the expertise we needed. They were flexible and great to deal with. There was no sales rep bothering us as we took a slower path than others. It really worked out for us. I would unconditionally recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. Peter
