I can’t remember the ladies name who helped me, but she was so friendly and informative. She told me how long the procedure is gonna be and the procedure lasted exactly that amount of time. It was a great experience for me and I’m greatly appreciative.

The open MRI machine is a design where I had no anxiety! The technician out a cloth over my eyes, and the button to call if there was a problem, and I made my anxiety a 0. Thank you!

I really panic when it comes to having to deal with sitting in an MRI machine. The girl who did my imaging was so patient and reassuring and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had mine done at the Concord office.

I’ve never felt more comfortable doing a MRI, so comfortable that I fell asleep usually I’m a complete wreck. Very spacious, clean and the staff was very polite and understanding about my claustrophobia and past experiences.
