Very professional and courteous staff. Not a big fan of sitting still and getting a Dexa but the technician made the process easy and painless. Definitely coming back here for further scans God willing.

My visit was very accommodating. Staff were professional and broke down to me things that needed to be signed before the imaging. They provided me with not just ear plugs but headphones for the Imaging process. Because these machines make a horrid buzzing noise while you are laying face up in the machine. Appointment ran under a good hour and a half!

Getting a mammogram can be very painful. Not here though.Technicians are gentle and understanding. The equipment requires less pressure, too, it seems to me.

The radiology tech was great at making sure I was comfortable. Very knowledgeable and nice.
Staff are pleasant and friendly. The procedure was explained well, ear plugs and headphones are provided to reduce the loud noise of the MRI machine. Courtesy call also before your appointment.
The desk office was very nice and polite. Explained what they needed from me gave me the patience to find them and get them to her in the back office was great during my x-ray talkative and then during my MRI they explained exactly what they needed for me and Terms I understood
I have gone to Inview Imaging in Lafayette for over 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of care I have received for annual mammograms and bone density scans. The Lafayette office is very comfortable and there is easy, free parking on site. The staff is always pleasant and very efficient, and I appreciate the phone reminders and excellent follow up.

I strongly suggest person who makes appt with you on phone give explicit directions on location of building! I had not been in downtown Lafayette in years. A local security guard said he was asked 4xs (in an hour) for Inview’s office location!!
