GoogleAfter the passing of my father in late July, I knew I needed to sell his house quickly. I didn't want to deal with listing the house or dealing with inspections and all of that nonsense. I called a few companies that buy homes with a quick close and no repairs. I met with 2 other companies and 1 of the companies sent a representative then sent over an offer. The other company had me do a virtual appointment where I had to walk the entire house and show them every room, then they sent and offer which included a LOT of fees. I had seen Andrew the Homebuyer's TV commercial several times and then I saw it on August 3rd and decided to call him. I spoke to Tyler who scheduled the appointment for the next morning. I was impressed that Andrew himself showed up at my dad's house! He introduced himself and we chatted for a few minutes. Andrew looked around the property and then sat down at my dad's kitchen table and asked me if I had a number in mind. I told him I did and what that number was and he said he couldn't do my exact number but could come close. He wasn't far off my number, so I said let's do it! That was on August 4th and we closed on August 14th! He even let me have until September 4th to get the remaining items out of the house. Andrew, his team and his title company lived up to everything I expected and more! I give Andrew and his team a 10 out of 10. Thank you Andrew for such a painless transaction at such a difficult time. I really appreciate you!
