I have now used Andrew the Home Buyer on two properties both located in Scottsdale, AZ. Both homes belonged to family members who passed away leaving houses that had been neglected for numerous prior years. The first sale occurred in November 2023 and was smooth as silk. Everything went according to schedule and was completely painless. The second sale was in December 2024 and involved probate. It had some bumps in the road but there were all handled and the final outcome was exactly as promised. Andrew & his team were courteous, prompt to respond and helpful. We would certainly use their services again.
