My windshield was hit by a foul baseball and I needed a new windshield fast! I made an appointment with another company in my hurry to get it replaced. I decided to call around and the first company that answered was Magic Glass. I got a quote and it was half the price AND they managed to squeeze me in the next evening even though they are booked for the next couple of weeks. The best part was that I could stay home and wait in the comfort of my own home! Daniel kept me informed and completed the job quickly and efficiently! I will most definately be using Magic Glass in the future!

Reliable and great to work with! This is the second time I’ve used them and both times were worthy of 5 stars. First time we needed three windshields replaced at once and they tackled all three on the same day… PLUS, they gave me a discount for doing that many as well as offering a warranty. This time, quick and simple. Unlocked my car, went back to work, new windshield and an invoice was sitting on my seat. Thanks again Magic Glad!

Had an appointment for four weeks out, then the windshield spidered out to where I couldn’t see. They moved me up to a mobile appointment, had it done in thirty minutes. I hope I don’t have to replace a windshield again, but if I do, I will 100% call Magic Glass. Olivia there is AMAZING!!

5/252025 Update: I have dealt with Magic Glass, Daniel Keller and his Staff over a DOZEN TIMES; and each time, with Excellent Results. It doesnt get any better than this. They are Always ON TOP OF THEIR GAME, WITH NO EXCEPTION. When we moved to Prescott in 2015, Magic Glass was recommended to me by several Auto Repair shops in Prescott. I am pretty picky about who works on my Cars, as we have 2 late models and 3 Collector cars. I have dealt with Daniel and his very competent associates FIVE times, always with Excellent results. As a retired Auto Fleet Director, I can easily recommend the Magic Glass crew for any related needs. They are all Professionals, and they always do what they say they will do.Bravo! I've used Magic Glass almost exclusively for my window replacements. Their customer service is top notch, and they always go above and beyond. My RAM 2500 had a rear window that shattered due to a "loading event"...aka I accidently hit the window. In order to replace the glass, the rear seat had to be removed. The technician, Daniel, found that the door under the seat, that provides access to storage, had all the screws missing from the hinge. He took the time to replace screws, which fixed the hinge. They are always looking out for their customers. I will continue to use them for all my window replacement needs.

I just had my glass changed today. They were quick, efficient, took less than an hour. The only downside is they're BUSY- took me a few weeks to get an appointment so don't wait to call!!
