Phenomenal Service and will even work with you if you can't afford Out Of Pocket prices upfront. I had a damaged windshield and unfortunately my insurance didn't cover comprehensive glass damage. It was quite more unfortunate because my vehicle is a 2023 Kia Seltos, and nowadays vehicles which need their windshields replaced require the sensors around the car to be recalibrated. Which costs even more than a traditional the glass swap. Now to be clear, my vehicle did not need to be recalibrated! Which made my service a lot better. And hopefully this can help other potential lookers who are trying to service their windshields that have newer cars. You don't always HAVE to recalibrate, it just depends on your car. And Magic won't force you to recalibrate or pay a recalibration fee upfront, which is amazing. Because I can probably see other companies taking advantage and making you pay this fee, even though during their repair they won't actually have to do anything. The best part about Magic is they were willing to work with me who is a low income individual. I simply couldn't afford the full $400 service. A student who makes maybe $800+ per paycheck a week. And pays a terribly overpriced rent at the Homestead Apartments (Don't live there, they have fire problems) So someone like me who uses their car basically everyday, I wasn't sure Magic was going to do this. But they did for me! And they absolutely can for you. They were willing to accept half the payment upfront after the service was complete, and I paid them back next week when I had the money to finish my balance. I managed to do it within a week, but they were completely prepared to accept it a month out when I originally asked. This makes Magic such a phenomenal business, and with the work they did I can't recommend them enough. I plan to take my vehicle here for the foreseeable future for all my glass needs. I definitely think you should too I'd like to acknowledge Dede who I was communicating with the entire time through my service. I genuinely appreciated her help through everything
