Magic glass scheduled my replacement in an adequate time frame and they scheduled my calibration right after the replacement. The technician arrived in the prearranged time, he was professional, replaced the windshield quickly and with quality. The calibration guy arrived right after the replacement and he provided his service quickly and professionally. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I arrived an hour early for my appointment, I was going to wait in my car for it. A few minutes later one of the employees who was working on a project outside in the business roll up door came over and asked me if I would like to get it done now instead of waiting. I agreed. I was out in one hour. My new windshield is beautiful clear and worth the money.

I had a smashed rear window on my truck. I called the Ram dealer and they recommended Magic Glass in Prescott AZ. Upon calling for a quote, the lady who answered was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only giving me a great price out the door with no hidden costs, they were able to get the job done the next day. The owner was very friendly and helpful and had the job done in a few hours. I had a crack in my windshield (rock from the tires of the vehicle in front of me), and it looked like it was going to be one of cracks that would migrate all the way across a windshield. This company was able to fit me in for a crack repair immediately and did a great job for $60. I didn't have to file a claim with my insurance. They were very nice and accommodating.

They did a great job repairing a rock chip. You can barely see where the chip was. Fast, fast service, the repair was done before the paperwork was.
