The staff is very pleasant from the front desk to the staff in the clinic. There's a little bit of a wait as expected when you go to the Dr sometimes but the service is worth it. The nurse/MA that took my daughter in was nice enough to get the remote to change the channel to something she wanted to watch in the room. Thanks for the amazing care.

The front lady is very nice and helpful 👍 and doctor were good to but my only concern was that they don't take blood test here for kids or do immunizations for toddler Other than that place is nice and clean no rush and very respectful stuff and doctors.😀

We had a great experience at Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care in Union last night. Checked in at 9:45 PM and after an unfortunate positive strep test result, my daughter was given her first round of antibiotics on the spot and we were sent on our way by 10 PM. The check-in process was quick and easy, the nurse was very gentle and sweet and the doctor came in promptly and was knowledgeable and kind! Very impressed with the office and the staff!

I usually have good experiences at kinder pediatrics. I was a little bit upset that the doctor told me she was going to send the scripts to the 24 hours CVS pharmacy so that I could get the prescription sooner. Only to find out when I went there the script was never sent to the CVS and rather to my lil boy regular pharmacy that he uses. So I wasted a trip going to the CVS pharmacy for no reason. But besides that no other complaints and this is the first time this has happened to me. So I was a little bit surprised that this happened.

Very nice place and very friendly staff. The place was clean and each room in the clinic had a city, so it’s very nice for young kids (like my son), because he felt he was in a very beautiful place. It was very clean as well. The nurse and doctor helped us quite quickly with our issue, and the staff was super sweet with our son. The doctor also gave us some nice advice to prevent the problem and she gave a pop-sickle to my son after we were ready :)
