Daryl is always prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. His staff completed the job quickly, safely, and exactly to the specs that Daryl and I had discussed. I’ve used Brent’s for 6 years now and wish I had found them many years prior! An outstanding tree service. Pricing is competitive.
Brent’s has been my go to tree cutting and trimming services for years. They always do a great job. Today, I had them cut down a large tree that was laying on power lines and right next to my fence and rose bushes. The team arrived on time and were very careful not to damage anything surrounding the tree. The customer service is top tier from the phone representative who helped me set up the estimate visit, Darryl - who came out to give me the estimate, and the staff that cut my tree down. All were very polite, knowledgeable and professional.

I had an excellent experience. We had a large tree limb snap and it was leaning on our roof, so the house was the only thing keeping it from falling completely. We knew we couldn’t handle that on our own. Brent’s came out and they took care of the problem the same day. It was so fast and they cleaned up afterwards! Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

The Brent Tree Service crew did an excellent job of trimming all my trees. This was clearly a very experienced bunch of guys who knew what they were doing. When they were done, they asked me to inspect their work just to be sure I was satisfied. I was, and I would definitely recommend them.

They trimmed three large live oaks in my backyard—climbing up into the trees with confidence and care—as well as two more oaks in the front yard. They also shaped up the front yard bushes, leaving everything looking clean and refreshed. All debris was carried off. What stood out most was their excellent communication. Brent responded quickly to my phone calls and made staying in touch a priority throughout the process. It's rare to find a company that combines skill, efficiency, and responsiveness this well. I highly recommend Brents Tree Service to anyone in the Round Rock area looking for quality tree care and reliable service. The charge was $2100 (plus tax) which I consider a bargain for five trees and a row of bushes.

They did a great job on my cedar elm tree which was damaged severely in the recent wind storm. They were on time, did a great job of asking what I wanted and explaining as they went along what they recommended be done as things progressed. A big plus for me was the respect for existing landscape and the clean up when they were finished. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future if the need ever comes up again.

Great job on our trees..stump grinds..and clean up was fantastic..received the best price out of 3 bids..these guys are HARD workers..the tall dead cedars are gone!! And opened up our HUGE oak tree which is beautiful now..

They were very efficient and professional. After the tree cutting and stump grinding, they did a complete cleanup. I requested that they leave the mulch, otherwise it would be completely cleared.
