We gave them our situation of relocating and they gave us plenty information regarding the homes, financing, construction methods, etc. They extremely helpful and had all the answers we needed, Look forward to working with them again.
GoogleAmazing home and great people. The only slight complaint is, they only “allot” so many pallets of sod per build. Because of this we have a large dirt patch on both sides of the house plus an area in the backyard as well. I will have to buy my own sod to fix plus install.

GoogleWe recently purchased a new construction home on Lifestyle Ct. in the Ocean Palms community. The quality of construction craftmanship, and the purchase/closing processes were exemplary. Kevin Barry and Patrick (Superintendent, last name?) along with their staff were very professional and thorough with the whole process(introduction, walk-thru, closing, etc.) Post-closing, we encountered a minor plumbing issue that was rectified within 24 hrs.. Kevin and Patrick were integral in the repair process and were extremely responsive. They followed up on the situation with numerous contacts as the situation unfolded. I love my new home and the amenities. The structure of this home feels solid and all the people I came in contact with along the way were professional, did what they promised and told me they had my back. I have never had a more secure feeling about this purchase and have bought many homes and properties in my lifetime. Subsequently, we learned some After Sale news the neighborhood had not been apprised of during the time of sales. Things such as non-pavement of our road perhaps might have been mentioned during the process.
