Service was great, they delivered to the house, gave us a bit of training, and picked up a week later. Very valuable service, would use again. One bit of advice, call them the morning of delivery to make sure you are on their schedule, if you ordered online.

This is a family-owned business, which means that some of their prices may be a little high but it is worth it to have the personalized attention they gave to my needs for both a lift chair and a walker.

I had my Jazzy Air2 repaired by Mobility Plus and they were phenomenal! We were quoted a fair price for the repair and additional preventative maintenance to insure trouble free mobility for years to come. The owner, Scott, had previously repaired our vehicle lift at our residence. He was extremely pleasant and thorough in resolving the issue. Their technician, Peyton, returned to perform the necessary and preventative maintenance of the Jazzy Air. He was equally pleasant, thorough, and efficient in making the repairs. Our experience today with the team at Mobility Plus Alpharetta was outstanding from our first phone consult with Mary through the process of learning about the pros and cons of each option for a power chair. She was clearly knowledgeable and cared about us getting exactly what we needed. She & Scott did not try to upsell us or push us in any way which was refreshing. We were moving from TN to GA. We bought the recliner from out of state, and had it shipped to the Mobility Store in GA. Mary was very good in handling our purchase and she even held the recliner in storage until we were finished with the move to Georgia without any additional charges. They answered all our questions; loaded it for us and then at our request, recommended a great place for lunch nearby. This store and the people are terrific! I described my situation to Scott. He brought out a chair that he thought was right for me. As soon as I sat down in it and drove around the store I was sold. We bought it as well as a lift chair. I highly recommend them. Nice people, too. I had resisted getting a wheelchair but my wife convinced me that it had become a necessity. It’s great to finally be able to go out and do things again. Thanks!
