The company was very polite and punctual. They made me feel comfortable and safe. The man who changed my tire was very very helpful and he deserves more praises then I could give him, I would never have any other company help me if I ever run into trouble again.

We was moving from Mississippi to Alabama and our uhaul got stuck plus my husband's semi truck was stuck due to heavy rain. The wrecker driver Tyler came out of Louisiana to help wench the uhaul and the semi truck out. He was very professional and courteous I would recommend BJ'S Towing and Recovery to anyone

I have to admit that your driver got to me after waiting on the other company that is only 1 mile from my house and never showed up after 5 hours, A-1 towing is a company that I will NEVER use for anything. I called A-1 towing to see what time would the driver get here and then to tell me that the driver would be here by 5pm and never show up. After Cadillac service called me back to say your driver was coming and arrived about a hour later and got the job done. If I’m ever in trouble again your company will be on my list to call for help.
