But prices are up everywhere at every business. I called 4 other companies that were 4.5 stars or better, the wait time was minimum an hour out and the prices were nearly $50 more. They offer first responder discounts. Once the wrecker showed up he noticed my plates and boom 10% off... awesome and he was very professional and friendly. The young man that came and picked up my car last night was one of the nicest fellows. I just want you to know that you have a great employee and I wish that they were more like him. In fact, I told Tesla this morning how nice he was.

It was late at night around 1 am and there was what appeared to be an appliance like a dishwasher or something on the interstate. I couldnt avoid it and hit it going 70mph. My car couldnt make it any further so I called BJs towing. I did not get the dispatchers name but she was polite, empathetic, and extremely helpful. The tow truck driver Jerry quickly arrived. He was reassuring and helpful. He towed my car from Slidell to Navarre, Florida. Overall, it was the best outcome I could of asked for in an unfortunate event.

My experience was Safe. My driver John made me feel secured. I was overwhelmed and nervous at first. No long wait time. The job was done in a timely manner. For the 30 or so minutes we had we talked about life in general. I Made him laugh and made me laugh . Not only did he take care of car he also took care of me. John was AMAZING. I went through my car insurance to get a tow and they 1st set me up with ASAP towing and when the rep called me they were RUDE AND HORRIBLE. I then called them back and got transfered with BJ Towing and John was amazing. He was so friendly and understanding. He spoke to me like a person and didnt hesitate when he came to the house and had to gwt the car towed in the rain. He even confirmed and sent me a picture of the car at the mechanic shop. I WILL BE USING BJ TOWING FOR ALL OF MY NEEDS!!!!!!

He was awesome! Super friendly, And also Made sure that I knew About a different issue related to the tire replacement And took the time to show me safely. He’s a great guy - Replaced the tire and followed U-Haul‘s guidelines But walked me through what they needed to do. So he’s trustworthy too.

After another tow company didnt show up for over 2 hours. BJs towing was called and were on site in less then 30 minutes. Amazing friendly service. Will definitely use for all my breakdowns.
