I have had a fear of Dentists for a long time now because of past experiences. They were so kind and professional they put me immediately at ease. I am so happy to have found them because I do know how important dental care is and I no longer will fill the need to put it off due to my fear.

Almost all was great. Was my 1st time there. Just was a little thrown off that the doors were locked when I got there at 1:35pm and sign was on the door saying be back at 1:45pm. In a team meeting. Then when I got in it took at the LEAST 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to help me. Wasn't a great first impression but after that everything was excellent

Absolutely amazing place. I have been to several dentist over the years. I have always had bad teeth and people shame me for it. I didnt get that here. I got respect and nothing but kindness and understand. They understood why I asked for whag I did with the bad teeth without judgment.

My children and I have been coming here for a couple of years now and we've always had a great experience. The staff has consistently been warm, welcoming, and professional. We usually feel well cared for at every visit. However, at our most recent appointment, I chose to decline the fluoride varnish treatment for my children and the conversation with the dentist felt a bit uncomfortable. I was surprised by how my decision was questioned, especially since I’ve done my own research and have personal reasons for opting out. It felt more like I was being challenged than simply having my choice respected. I later learned that this particular dentist may not be part of the regular team, as the clinic is temporarily closing until they bring on a permanent provider. Interestingly though, the dentist mentioned that both my children had no signs of cavities and that their oral hygiene looked good so I felt the fluoride push and questioning on my decision to decline felt a bit unnecessary. That said, every other team member—including the hygienist—was absolutely wonderful. They were kind, respectful, and supportive of my decision for no fluoride without any judgment. I truly appreciate that and hope the permanent dentist they bring on will continue that same respectful approach to patient care and the patient’s right to make their own decisions.

Clear Lakes, I want you to know that you have such a great staff, from the receptionist to the nurse who showed me a new door leave the building. I think yesterday May 13th, 2025 was my first time receiving a clearance in that level. They are very professional, they let you know every random they're doing and why. Thank you for the good care ❤

From the appointment setting, the welcome at check-in to the team that was working with Dr Olsen I couldn't ask for better service. I have high anxiety and they were all so nice that I was super relaxed to the point that I didn't feel like I was sitting in the dental chair. If I could give them 10 starts I would.
