From my first consult to my surgery itself to my postop appointments, my experience with Dr Lozada and his staff has been fantastic. Results were exactly as expected, no postop issues, surgery day was smooth as could be. I get compliments on my side profile now, which had NEVER happened prior. Dr. Lozada and his team performed a septoplasty on me this week and everything went spectacular. My breathing is considerably better on day five after the procedure. Everything was handled with care from the procedure on the day of, to the instructions afterwards and a check in by the doctor the evening of. Very very careful, and diligent, and wonderful people. Extremely pleased.

Always an amazing experience going to Brooke for Botox! From the front desk staff always being so friendly and helpful (even got me in at the same time for an ENT appointment) to the appointment itself. Everyone in the office vibes so well together, it’s always positive energy in there! As long as I’m in Philly, I’ll never go anywhere else!!!
