BBBMy mom is on hospice and every six or so months she goes on respite. The other companies that were used to transport her were terrible. One company broke my door and never fixed it. Another company literally two guys picked her up walked her out into the hallway and put her on the stretcher. I was so mad. But this company is unbelievable. I am so happy with this company. REMOVED and REMOVED(REMOVED) were amazing. They were able to get the stretcher into my mom‘s room and transfer her onto the stretcher with no problems whatsoever. It was the smoothest I’ve ever seen a company transport my mom. I definitely recommend REMOVED and REMOVED(REMOVED). The only thing I would change is they took the bottom sheet to help transfer her on to the stretcher. But other than that, they were great!

GoogleI am a licensed and board certified clinical social worker in Greenville. I am in private practice as a psychotherapist and I diagnose and treat mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. I am writing to praise and recommend your driver, Ashley, for her heroic efforts to get my disabled client into an almost impossible residence in Greenville. I had begged the hospital to send her home in an ambulance following hip replacement but because she is Medicaid, they said it would not be possible. They assured me that the van transport would have a wheelchair but they did not. Ashley had an almost insurmountable task to even drive my client to her door. After succeeding, her van got stuck and that sweet, kind Ashley sat out there for two hours or more waiting for help. I spoke to Ashley on the phone and not once, did she complain or threaten to take my client back to the hospital. She went far beyond the call of duty and after five days of dealing with hospital staff and case managers, not a single one had the compassion to help me get my client home with ease. Any company would be lucky to have Ashley as an employee. Her professionalism and her patience saved the day for my client. Thank you, Ashley. You are the very best.
