We were undergoing the process in times of great uncertainty and chose Viera at Buzgova, Meneses & Wellington Smith, LLP upon recommendation of a friend. The process that Viera's office followed made it really simple for us including online consultations, no need to visit Austin, Tx physically, timely reminders about documentations, support before interviews (yes ours got canceled twice), generous payment plans. Very experienced and empathetic. Please be prepared for uncertainty from uscis and some back and forth from Viera's office but if you keep on top of your affairs and documents all will probably turn out well. Highly recommended, ours ended positively and forever grateful to Viera's Agency for their support and legal counsel!

They helped me do Advance Parole in December of 2024, and I am now officially a US resident as of 9/29/25 after starting the process back in February of 2025.
