I go here for piercings when i'm feeling impulsive. I went recently to get my snake bites and Katy was amazing! Her space is clean and cute, and so is her business card. She's so fun and interesting to talk to i barely felt my piercings go through because i was so distracted. Props to her and the whole store!

i came in with a faded tattoo i had done outside of the country and i stumbled upon this shop and easily i was introduced to a tattoo artist who said he could get it done super quick and he did not disappoint! quickly and carefully he finished in about 5-10 minutes and it looked great!! i’m so happy and have been taking care of it! Love it! Thank you so much!

I can not rave enough about my daughter and I’s visit to Black Cloud! Kai was a complete rockstar! She was very helpful, easy going and just seemed to love being along for the ride. My daughter and I got our nose pierced together and Kai made it such a memorable moment and we will never forget her. My daughter also got her ears pierced. She had a particularly tough time the first time she got them pierced at Claire’s when she was younger, but this experience was easy peasy as she would say. Kai definitely took care of us and we will be back for our piercing goals for the summer lol.
