GoogleThey have the best office staff I have ever seen. They treated my daughter extremely well and were always caring and polite. They excelled at keeping the parents informed of the child’s progress every visit. My daughter really enjoyed every step of the process and her smile is proof that Dr. Utermark and her entire staff are a perfect 10. I strongly recommend that if you are looking for the best place for a beautiful smile that you strongly consider this office for your child’s care.

Because of her crossbite, treatment was a longer process and required correcting that issue before braces, but they guided us every step of the way with professionalism, patience, and care. The results are incredible, and we couldn't be happier with her smile. We are so grateful for the support and expertise Dr. Utermark and her team provided throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care!

The entire staff is warm, patient, and welcoming, which made every visit a positive experience from the very beginning. Now that my daughter has officially had her braces removed, we’re so grateful for the amazing care and attention Dr. Utermark has provided throughout every stage of her dental and orthodontic journey. I especially appreciate how she ensures her staff educates families on what to expect and how to help their children be successful while wearing braces. Every single team member is kind, patient, and always open to questions. They don’t just treat patients. They support families. The recommendations they provide are practical, helpful, and clearly focused on long-term success. We have had and continue to still have such a fantastic experience here, and I truly can’t rave about them enough. Highly recommend!

GoogleDr Utermark and her staff have been great for the last couple of years while we go through orthodontics and for regular cleanings. From making appointments, communicating with insurance, the hygienists explaining the ins and outs of what they’ve done, and all the in between, we’ve never had any issues. We left today with a very happy teen who now has a very straight smile.

I really appreciate that she was meticulous to get the best desirable outcome for my teeth while having braces that when my kids needed braces,, I knew exactly where to take them. Her front & back staff are also very sweet and very welcoming.

GoogleI love Dr. Utermark’s office. We have been going there for our now 6 year old son and 15 year old daughter for the past 3/4 years now. My daughter even had her orthodontic work done with her office. I have never found a dentist/orthodontist with such a personable office. Even though they see so many patients, I never feel like just another random person. We feel like family to where they really know my kids and care! I truly couldn’t have found a better place!
GoogleDr.Utermark has been both my pediatric dentist and my adult orthodontist, I’ve been going to see her basically my entire life. She is absolutely amazing, a true perfectionist when it comes to your teeth. Her staff is always so personable (even after biting Alicia as a child she still talks to me!) I can remember even as a kid, they always tried to make my dental appointments as pleasant as possible, and I’ve loved getting to know the staff even better now that I’m adult. I’m pregnant with my first child and he will be the third generation of my family to go see her, I would recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, professional, caring dentist and orthodontist!

GoogleThis is by far the most efficient pediatric dentist that we have been to. They also do orthodontics which is convenient. Scheduling is easy and the appointment process is streamline. Ms Kristie at the front desk was so patient and friendly and Ms Alicia Phillips was very informative and patient as we discussed a course of action for both my children! I am beyond happy with the services and will refer them to anyone!

GoogleI take my granddaughter to appointments with Dr Utermark & I can’t tell you what a joy it is for a child to look forward to her dental appointment & leave the office smiling. Plus my 6 year old granddaughter has had fillings, an extraction, as well as regular check ups & some other minor procedures & her reactions are always the same. She is definitely not her father who I had to drag kicking & screaming to the dentist. The office staff, dental assistants & Dr Utermark are always very courteous & professional & really know how to interact with children to make them feel comfortable. There’s nothing better you can say about a dentist than your child enjoys the visits.

GoogleToday was my daughter’s last day of wearing braces. My daughter was a bit nervous, but I attempted to keep her calm. My daughter had the opportunity to wear makeup for her first time too. She wanted to look her best! So, of course we were a little late, but the head office saved her place in line. When they took my daughter back, removed her braces, and returned her to me. My daughter had a very happy moment. I knew she was pleased for her new look. She smiled at me, and I saw how beautiful she looked. Even more than before. From 1yr-15yrs, my daughters, has been under this Dentist office. It is people, like Dr. Barbara Utermark, is why this world is a better place. All her professional and wonderful staff members, make this place so special. We are always proud to call this office; a home away from home. Thank you all so much, for developing my two girls into two blossoming flowers. Your kindness will never be forgotten. May Gods blessings be upon all of you is our prayer!!!!!

GoogleI am so thankful to have found this dental office near Fort Gordon. I called so many pediatric dental offices and most of them were no longer in network or the wait time to be seen was two to three months out. I called this office and spoke with Davis and he was able to schedule my kids (4) in next month. He called back to let me know they would be able to be seen that same day instead of next month. The front office staff was amazing friendly and helpful! Christy and Davis have great energy and great customer service!!! We had to get my son a referral for a specialist and Alicia was very helpful with getting all of that arranged and even checking back in to make sure we were able to get scheduled!!!! My daughters will soon need ortho work done and this office was patient and took their time to really explain the breakdown of cost! I am so thankful to have found Dr Barbara Utermark and her staff!!! If you just PCS’d to Fort Gordon don’t stress yourself out looking for a dentist in network with that list just call this office!!!!! Military Dependents
