I was seen by Dr. Rothstein and I highly recommend him. He has a great manner, very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff was very pleasant and efficient. My visit was in Philly. They have a parking garage right next-door and they comp the parking. It’s very convenient.

The doctor was very nice and listened to my concerns. My only complaint is that when I scheduled the appoinment I was clear that it was due to severe allergies. I had to schedule another appointment to return because I could not have allergy testing completed due to the fact that I had taken OTC allergy meds. Why didn't someone let me know (via phone call or message) to be off OTC meds for 5 days prior to my appointment? Now I have to wait 3 more weeks before I can back for the testing.

I can't say enough about this practice. I went to Dr. Rosenstein for a second opinion for an ear infection and chronic perforated eardrum. From the young woman sitting behind the desk (the nurse who brought me back) to my experience with Dr. Rosenstein, everyone was professional and courteous. Dr. Rosenstein took his time with me to talk about my history, discuss options and ways to manage my infections and perforated drum. He was caring, well-versed in his specialty and extremely helpful in his suggestions for addressing my issue. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for about 4 years now. He’s helped through many awful infections and endless misery. I always have a lot going on, and Dr. Kim is the best ENT I’ve ever been to. For reference, I’ve been to at least 5 in the past. He’s an excellent doctor…attentive, quick, kind, and very responsive to emails. I’m so grateful for all that he’s done for me. He doesn’t just “listen” he hears me. Unfortunately, condescending Doctors are way too common. You will NEVER experience that with Dr. Kim. PS…The front desk and all medical assistants are great as well. Thanks Penn Becker ENT!

The time that I arrived until I left everyone was so pleasant. The receptionist very patient everyone has a smile and made us feel very comfortable. I take nurse that read our vitals was super nice.
