I am 67 years old and I came into the Philadelphia office for an oral exam. We met with PA Robert Hughes, who I must say was the best, making it the best doctor office experience I have ever had in my life. This man was so knowledgeable and caring, and so thorough. My daughter who is a ‘rookie’ RN Accompanied me And Robert Hughes talked to her with such respect And professionalism, it almost brought tears to my eyes. I so highly recommend This place and especially Robert Hughes, PA.

Awesome experience from entering the office to exiting. All staff members were upbeat, kind, and courteous. From Tracy to P.A. Robert Hughes right up to Dr. Kim. All were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything as well as answering any questions. I live in South Philadelphia part time and Florida the rest. Penn ENT was able to squeeze me on very short notice, that was the first good impression i had. I had gone through 3 doctors with a sinus and ear infection with no relief or much interest from them. Dr. Lee actually listened to me and spend time with me. Dr. Lee came up with a plan that I had expected one of the other doctors to put into place within the last 5 weeks I've delt with my issues. I've already felt some relief after my visit to Dr. Lee and am finally optimistic of resolution to my issues. Also, unlike Advanced ENT, Penns staff was helpful and worked with me to ensure my visit went smoothly.
