Dr. Kim was very professional and everything about the visit itself was great- 5 stars for that. The 4 stars overall is due to the high number of text messages and emails that I received leading up to and after the appointment. I got a total of 8 texts from 5 different numbers, that’s not including emails. Reminders for the appointment , multiple requests to fill out forms ahead of time, request to sign up for an account online. It was kind of annoying to be honest. Please allow for opting out or send all the information more succinctly and from fewer phone numbers would be my ask

Dr. Kam performed a septoplasty on me, who had a pretty severe deviated septum. Dr. Kam was extremely attentive and knowledgeable in our appointments leading up to the surgery. She executed the surgery flawlessly and continue to follow up with me days after surgery to ensure that there were no questions or concerns in my end. A few weeks after surgery, I am now able to breathe well for the first time in my life. Thank you Dr. Kam! I highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Kam.

Excellent experience office team friendly The atmosphere when you walked in, just opened and peaceful Shannon the nurse practitioner was professional knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The team member that took my vitals was pleasant and positive and made you feel relaxed.
