Audiologist Kathryn DuBois was thorough and patient. She explained many aspects of the hearing aids. Now I'm getting used to them and will have another meeting to answer my questions/concerns. Highly recommend.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. I have had ear issues since I was a baby, so I have interacted with many ENT specialists over the years. Dr. Fonseca is in that top tier. He listens intently to my concerns and provides reasonable options. I also love the fact that he, along with most of my other medical team, collaborate electronically. This is really important to me as I can reach him via internet for non emergencies and Pre-Check ins. I also worked with Kathyrn Dubois, the audiologist specialist in the practice. She also gets an A+ for her kindness and professionalism. Don't hesitate to work with them; they are all pros.

Dr Patel is very easy to talk to. Really annoyed with the paperwork to fill out when all of the information is already online in my account. Then when we went In the off the nurse ignored all the papers and read my info online. Get rid of the silly papers

I was seen for a hearing aid dome stuck in my ear. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Joanna Kam. I was seen right away. Dr. Kam was able to remove the dome from my ear. She checked to make sure the eardrum and ear canal were good. The staff were very pleasant and professional. A great overall experience.

The staff was amazing from the front desk to the nurse practitioner I seen. They accept my insurance information, and the nurse practitioner did a scope on me which I was super nervous about and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease and cared for me beautifully. Highly recommend
