The office staff are very courteous and helpful. I had a hearing test and it was thorough and explained to me so as I can understand what she was talking to me about. I also saw another doctor who checked both of my ears and is currently helping me with my balance and the ringing in both ears. I believe my experience there was a good one and highly recommend this office.

Here's how much I appreciate Dr. Karen McQuaide: my wife and I drive an hour from our home to see her because her expertise, diligence, and kindness make the audiology work complete, competent, and even comforting.

This is a wonderful practice with skilled physicians that go the extra mile to provide an excellent level of care. We have seen both Dr Becker and Dr Kim for different issues and the experience was top notch on both occasions. The doctors and office staff were all very friendly and helpful. Scheduling was easy and the office is run very efficiently. Wait time to see the doctor was very minimal and the checkout process was very quick. On both occasions the doctors went out of their way to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and set a plan in motion to work towards a resolution to the problem we were being seen for. I feel very comfortable with this practice and will recommend them to anyone who asks in the future.
