I would like to express my gratitude to the wonderful office staff for being incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient. The positive atmosphere and excellent customer service truly stood out. I had a great experience under professional care of Dr. Lupa. Their professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness made my visit comfortable and reassuring. Doctor Lupa took the time to address my concern, provided clear guidance, and demonstrated genuine care.

I brought my 87 year old mom to see Doctor Omar Ahmed. He was extremely, polite, kind and very patient listening to my concerns regarding her ear problem. He diagnosed and clearly explained the cause and the next steps to be taken for further treatment. The staff at Becker ENT, Zanaya, Suha and the other very nice young woman (please pardon, i forgot to ask for name), were also very kind, thoughtful and patient with my mom and myself. I am very grateful to all. Only one small "glitch in system". I'm fortunate that i called Penn.Med Calling Center to confirm our appointment days prior to our originally scheduled appointment. The calling center confirmed our appointment, but the very personable staff member, Dan, suggested that i might call the doctors office to truly confirm. I'm very glad i took his advice. I was informed that we were canceled due to our originally scheduled doctor having to perform emergency surgery on a patient. I only called Penn. Med prior to confirm because we didn't get the typical email or text reminder confirmation days before our originally scheduled appointment as we do with other doctor's offices. But no problem at all. We were immediately rescheduled to see Dr. Ahmed the next day. This was our first appointment with Becker ENT. Based on our first appointment with Becker ENT, we are happy to recommend. I am (we are) looking forward to our next two scheduled appointments. Thank you Doctor Ahmed, Zanaya, Suha and entire staff. Happy New Year, and God willing, see you soon in 2024.

On 12/01/23 I saw Dr. Lupa for a throat, ear and nasal infection from a bug i caught. He was able to see me and diagnosed the problem. The medication that was suggested worked almost instantly, which I was really happy about. This is my second visit to Dr. Lupa and I would recommend anyone who is having ENT issues or recurring allergies that just don't seem to go away.

The office is well run and Dr. Lupa is complete in his explanations and suggestions.

Great experience, the Dr and staff were all extremely friendly.

This was a surgery follow-up visit. Dr. Lupa examined my sinuses and cleaned out some materials that needed removal. We discussed possible further work to open up one nasal passage that was still experiencing some blockage, and set a date for an additional follow-up office visit for that work if it turned out to be necessary. His care and communication were excellent.

Very friendly and professional staff. Have been to both princeton and Hamilton. Dr frake did ear tubing for our toddler. He is very knowledgeable and skilled.

I was very pleased with my experience at Penn Medicine. The staff is friendly, answered my concerns and were helpful. Dr. Frake is knowledgeable and professional. He performed a Thyroid Lobectomy and was a smooth experience overall. Surgery went well, and I appreciated their follow-up. Would definitely recommend Dr. Frake to anyone with his surgical experience.

I've been suffering with multiple sinus infections over the last year and half, six total. Every other doctor I went to saw me for about two minutes and just gave me an antibiotic and sent me home. Finally I chose to go to Becker ENT and saw Dr. Yakosomi and finally I found a Dr. that was willing to look closer, culture samples and Cat scan, thar revealed a more serious issue and referred me to Dr. Lupa who did surgery on my sinus and now I'm on the road to recovery. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give them a 100. I highly recommend Becker ENT and I'm very grateful to Dr. Yakosomi and Dr. Lupa. From very grateful
